## Description

The Evangelical Diakonie-Schwesternschaft Herrenberg-Korntal e. V. is a Christian care and community organisation in Germany, rooted in a tradition of more than 100 years. Guided by a commitment to compassion, the association aims to help people in need and create a welcoming, family-like environment for both those receiving support and its employees.

Its services span several areas of care and daily life. The organisation operates nine care homes, an outpatient care service, several day-care centres and a hospice service. It also provides counselling and pastoral care, and offers housing options including senior apartments. Beyond individual support, the Schwesternschaft is involved in neighbourhood development. Its educational work includes a family-care vocational school, alongside further training and opportunities for apprenticeships, internships and voluntary service.

The organisation also runs a hotel, restaurant and facilities for overnight stays, conferences, celebrations and other events. Its website features community activities and public events, as well as information about careers, volunteering and donations. Together, these offerings reflect a broad approach to care, education and community engagement.
