## Description

EverGen Infrastructure Corp. is a Canadian renewable energy company that develops, owns, and operates infrastructure for renewable natural gas (RNG) and related renewable energy. It focuses on converting organic and agricultural waste, including food scraps and manure, into RNG and sustainable agricultural products. Its waste-processing approach captures gas that might otherwise be released during decomposition, supporting emissions reduction and the transition to a lower-carbon energy system. The company describes itself as Canada’s carbon-negative RNG platform and highlights partnerships, an established operating model, and long-term offtake agreements. EverGen reports four operating facilities and more than $80 million invested, with a project pipeline offering potential for further growth. Its portfolio includes Fraser Valley Biogas and Pacific Coast Renewables in British Columbia, GrowTEC in Alberta, and Sea to Sky Soils in Whistler. These operations contribute to waste diversion, RNG production, electricity generation, and compost production. EverGen also provides investor information, corporate and financial materials, and contacts for feedstock and organics processing inquiries.
