## Description

Everlinks is a golf and country club development in Luján, Argentina, located eight minutes from the city center and about 50 minutes from Buenos Aires, with access from the Oeste highway. Created to bring friends and families together in a peaceful natural setting, the 224-hectare community combines residential plots, outdoor recreation and shared amenities. Its first phase offers 350 plots of at least 2,000 square metres, with immediate possession and completed infrastructure, including gas, water, electricity and fibre-optic service. A second phase is planned with 124 additional plots and apartments, with financing options available.

Around half of Everlinks is devoted to green space, with landscaping and an urban design by Carlos J. Thays. The development’s 18-hole golf course, designed by Ángel F. Rearte and built to USGS standards, stretches 7,500 yards. Its 1,700-square-metre Club House features terraces overlooking the course and lagoons, a restaurant, reading and games rooms, and spaces for social and corporate events.
