Evermée is a brand that has unfortunately reached the end of its journey. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us throughout the years. Although we must bid farewell, we want to share with you the reasons behind our failure and the challenges we faced.

Rest assured that if you had a subscription with us, it has been canceled and you will not be charged. Our downfall began during the difficult times of the Covid-19 pandemic. We encountered numerous obstacles, from delivery issues due to material shortages to a serious mishap with the post office.

Our shipment was mistakenly sent back to Indonesia and held there for two months before being released again. Unfortunately, this incident drained our funds, and we were unable to send a replacement shipment. As a result, cash flow problems arose, compounded by refund requests from impatient customers.

The marketing investments we made were lost overnight because pre-orders turned into refunds. Additionally, we incurred penalty fees from payment processors. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to revive the company.

However, we have come to the realization that it is not feasible. We would have loved to continue creating the perfect gift for you and your loved ones, but sometimes, things must come to an end. We wholeheartedly thank everyone for their unwavering support and for sharing their heartfelt stories with us.

Although our journey concludes, we hope you still find our jewelry beautiful, even without the memories it held. Take care
