Its approach combines carefully sequenced lessons, embedded assessment and responsible AI to help teachers understand how pupils are learning—not simply whether answers are right or wrong. The platform tracks progress over time, surfacing emerging gaps and patterns that may indicate a need for support, while keeping professional judgement central. Lessons follow mastery principles, using small learning steps and concrete–pictorial–abstract approaches. Teacher tools provide classroom insight, resources and intervention suggestions, while leadership dashboards show progress across classes and pupil groups. Continuous assessment and real-time reporting are designed to reduce marking and planning demands and support timely intervention. Developed with expertise in dyscalculia and mathematical learning differences, Everybody Counts places inclusion at the heart of its design.
