## Description

Evvy is a brand on a mission to close the gender health gap by uncovering and utilizing overlooked female biomarkers, with a particular focus on the vaginal microbiome. They offer a Vaginal Health Test that allows individuals to discover and understand their vaginal microbiome from the comfort of their own homes. Their test provides clear results and next steps, backed by leading OB-GYNs, and even offers free shipping. Evvy aims to build a comprehensive understanding of the female body, which has historically been understudied. They recognize the disparities women face in healthcare, such as being excluded from clinical trials until 1993, and longer wait times for diagnoses compared to men. Evvy is determined to change this by empowering individuals to take control of their own health through the collection of personal data, accessible research, and empathetic care. Working with a team of scientists, doctors, designers, and doers, Evvy is committed to closing the gender health gap by uncovering and leveraging overlooked biomarkers in the female body. Their ultimate vision is a world where everyone with a vagina has control over their own health and access to personalized care.
