Welcome to the EWMA Innovation Alliance (EIA), a membership-based European Wound Management Innovation Eco-system dedicated to enhancing wound care solutions. Our vision is to improve the quality of life for individuals with wounds by fostering the development and adoption of innovative solutions, making Europe a hub for wound care innovation.

At EIA, our objectives include screening for needs and ideas, promoting matchmaking, organizing Innovation Forums, disseminating knowledge, identifying clinical trial sites, developing the EIA Think Tank, and supporting with consultancy. We aim to address challenges such as difficult-to-treat infections, high costs associated with surgical wounds, and barriers between innovation stakeholders.
