## Description

Founded in 1973, the Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) has established itself as one of South Africa's leading conservation NGOs, dedicated to preserving threatened species and their habitats across southern and East Africa. With over 100 passionate staff members, EWT operates more than 100 diverse projects that focus on crucial aspects of biodiversity conservation. The organization is guided by three Strategic Imperatives: saving species, conserving habitats, and benefitting people. 

In addition to hands-on conservation efforts, EWT offers educational resources and tools that engage the public and promote awareness, such as the Threatened Species No-Go Map Tool and the Mammal Red List. EWT invites supporters to get involved through various initiatives, including donations, events, and an e-shop that features eco-friendly products.
