Coöperatie Examens MBO is an organization driven by and for the needs of the vocational education (MBO) system in the Netherlands. The co-operative is composed of all regular MBO institutions in the country, as well as 40 private training providers. With the goal of developing high-quality math exams that align with the new requirements set by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), this organization plays a vital role in preparing MBO students for their future roles in society.

The exams are designed to reflect the students' daily lives, covering themes such as studying and working, traveling, housing, and leisure activities. To ensure fairness and reliability, MBO teachers can join as exam constructors and evaluators, or become members of the assessment committee. Evaluations are conducted anonymously and securely on a digital platform.

Coöperatie Examens MBO is a key collaborator. Enabling MBO institutions to participate and influence the examination policies, by joining the co-operative and gaining access to exams until August 2025 at no cost. Moreover, by involving both the institutions and the teachers, this organization fosters a collaborative environment that ensures the exams meet the needs of the MBO community
