## Description

Excellent Martial Arts is a martial arts and self-defence school based in Dübendorf, Switzerland, serving children, teenagers and adults. Founded and led by Ralph Hödl, the school draws on more than 40 years of martial arts experience and offers five martial arts under one roof. Its programmes combine physical training and practical skills with personal development, encouraging confidence, discipline, concentration, respect and resilience.

Courses include age-specific karate for children from five years old, karate for teenagers and adults, and Krav Maga self-defence. Children’s classes use an age-appropriate, educational approach designed to make movement enjoyable while helping young students build confidence and learn to manage challenges. Teen and adult karate develops fitness, technique, discipline and mental strength, while Krav Maga teaches practical self-defence skills and preparation for challenging situations.

Excellent Martial Arts also offers memberships, events, intensive training sessions, camps and a shop. Prospective students can book a free trial session online, with programmes available for individuals and families. The school is located at the Zwicky Areal in Dübendorf.
