## Description

Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad, known as EXIM Bank Malaysia, is a financial institution focused on helping Malaysian businesses expand internationally. It supports exports from strategic sectors, including capital goods, infrastructure, shipping and value-added manufactured products, and helps companies enter new markets, particularly non-traditional ones. The bank also promotes reverse investment and serves as a financier and adviser for global business.

EXIM Bank offers conventional and Islamic banking facilities, with solutions designed to suit different business needs. Its financial services include overseas project and contract financing, overseas investment financing, financing for foreign buyers, and trade finance for exporters and importers. Treasury services cover money market and hedging instruments, while export protection solutions, including credit insurance and takaful, help safeguard against non-payment arising from commercial or political risks.

The bank also provides value-added programmes, export guidance, incentive schemes and access to financing programmes for small and medium-sized businesses. Through these services, EXIM Bank aims to make cross-border business more manageable and support Malaysian companies as they pursue international growth.
