## Description

Expansive Therapy is a psychotherapy practice based in New York and California, offering both online and in-person therapy. Our dedicated team of clinicians is here to support individuals throughout NY and CA, ensuring they receive the care they need. We are proud to be a 100% LGBTQ owned business, welcoming clients of all racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities. At Expansive Therapy, our top priority is to create an affirming and empowering space for every individual. We understand the importance of validating our clients' lived experiences and challenging our own biases. Our therapists are committed to ongoing personal growth and provide a safe environment for healing and expansion. In addition, we have collaborated with renowned author Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, who supervised our therapists to better address the effects of trauma on our clients. This partnership highlights our dedication to providing trauma-informed care. Our services include individual therapy, couples and family counseling, group therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and more. We specialize in a wide range of areas, such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Join us at Expansive Therapy, where we strive to make mental health support accessible and transformative. Book an appointment today and embark on your healing journey.
