## Description

Beurs Eigen Huis is a Dutch home, building and renovation event that brings visitors together with experts, suppliers and ideas for their homes. Held at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, the fair covers building and renovation, interiors, gardens, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as energy and sustainable living. Visitors can meet more than 200 experts under one roof, compare providers and possibilities, seek personal advice, and gather practical tips to turn their housing plans into concrete steps. The event also features a programme of workshops and theatre sessions, including the Groene Nerds Theatre, plus exhibitor offers, a floor plan, an expert-finder service and inspiration resources. Beurs Eigen Huis runs two editions a year in Utrecht. Its autumn edition is scheduled for 9–11 October 2026, marking the event’s 30th edition, and the next spring edition is planned for 12–14 March 2027. The brand offers visitor tickets and opportunities for businesses to exhibit, making the fair a meeting place for people planning a home project and the professionals who can help.
