EXPO Wisconsin, also known as EX-Incarcerated People Organizing, is a statewide organization that aims to bring about positive change in Wisconsin's penal system. Established in 2014, EXPO provides support and a platform for formerly incarcerated individuals to advocate for the end of mass incarceration and the elimination of structural discrimination against them. Led by previously imprisoned women and men, EXPO works towards restoring the full participation of formerly incarcerated people in their communities.

They receive support from both family members of currently and formerly incarcerated individuals as well as allies who have not experienced incarceration themselves. Through advocacy efforts at the local and state government levels, EXPO creates awareness about the detrimental effects of the carceral system on earnings, employment, physical and mental health, housing, education, and family well-being. Their work shines a light on the systemic and institutional harm caused by incarceration.
