## Description

NewDays is a cognitive health company offering a structured, at-home treatment program for people experiencing mild cognitive impairment or dementia. Its approach combines support from licensed cognitive clinicians with AI-guided brain-training exercises, designed to help members address symptoms, support quality of life, and maintain independence. The program begins with a free consultation, followed by a personalized plan and telehealth sessions with a dedicated clinician. Between sessions, members use Sunny, NewDays’ AI brain trainer, for guided cognitive exercises tailored to their treatment program. Clinicians oversee progress and adjust the plan over time.

NewDays describes its program as clinically supported and shares outcomes based on peer-reviewed data from its patient cohort, including changes in cognitive function, mental health measures, and symptom progression. The company says the program may be covered by Medicare and can be completed from home. It also provides information for families and care partners, answers questions through its support team, and offers resources for healthcare partners and referring clinicians.
