## Description

Extreme TaeKwon-Do is a welcoming martial arts community led by 8th Dan Master Russell Dennis, who brings more than 40 years of experience to teaching. The school offers traditional Korean Taekwon-Do classes for children aged six and over, teens, and adults, with options for beginners and experienced martial artists. Classes are available in Dorking, Redhill, Cheam, and Epsom, providing local training for individuals and families.

Training combines dynamic kicks, strikes, and disciplined forms with an emphasis on fitness, focus, and personal development. Students can build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, resilience, and practical self-defence skills while learning respect and perseverance. Children’s sessions use a supportive, structured approach, while teen and adult classes offer physical challenge and opportunities to develop technique. Families are welcome to train together.

Extreme TaeKwon-Do invites prospective students to book a free trial class and offers membership packages for individuals and families. The website also lists MMA in Croydon. For enquiries, the school can be contacted by phone or email.
