## Description

Essentially Your Choice (EYC) is a Newcastle-founded, NDIS-registered provider offering personalised support to participants and their families. Its team serves Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast, while extending support to remote communities and other regions across Australia. EYC’s services include Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, helping people understand and implement their NDIS plans, build independence, strengthen support networks and connect with mental health, community and mainstream services.

The organisation supports children, adolescents and adults with physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, including people with complex or changing needs. Its experience includes mental health support, hospital discharge and transitions, justice-system transitions, high physical and medical support needs, and youth moving into adulthood. EYC also assists with plan changes by gathering assessments, quotes and other documentation for assistive technology and home modifications, and supporting submissions and implementation.

Taking a collaborative, participant-centred approach, EYC works closely with providers and community services.
