Eye Health Aotearoa is a multi-sector collaborative made up of representatives from various entities in the eye health sector. Our mission is to ensure that all New Zealanders have access to equitable and high-quality eye health services, while also working to prevent avoidable vision loss. Our strategic plan is both affordable and achievable, aiming to significantly enhance the eye health of New Zealanders and reduce overall health system costs. We focus on reaching high-risk communities that face barriers to accessing eye health services.

As a proud member of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), Eye Health Aotearoa operates as a Charitable Trust based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our services include public education, eye examinations, vision buses for outreach, treatment support services, and more.
