## Description

Eyejot is a brand that is passionate about video mail. They started in 2007 with the goal of creating the easiest video mail platform available. While others believed that a complicated desktop application was necessary, Eyejot thought differently and created a platform that ran directly in your web browser. This meant that anyone with a modern web browser could create and send video messages within seconds, without the need to download or install anything. Eyejot recognized the importance of mobile in video and messaging early on and even prototyped video messages on a Motorola Razr flip-phone at DEMO 2007. Despite being a little late to the mobile game, they eventually released an iOS and Android app. Eyejot was largely automated with only one employee, which made customer support, software management, and adding new features challenging. The future of Eyejot is uncertain, but the brand remains passionate about video mail and is open to relaunching after carefully evaluating market opportunities and customer needs. Eyejot is grateful for their loyal and enthusiastic customers who used their platform in unique and wonderful ways.
