## Description

FAAS Architecture is an architectural collective serving clients in Calgary, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada. The firm brings design, project management, and delivery together to create spaces that are both thoughtful and practical. Its work focuses on urban housing and scalable commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on how buildings perform for the people who live, move, and build in them.

FAAS designs mid- and high-rise developments, missing-middle housing, infill and suburban townhomes, retail and commercial spaces, civic and community environments, and institutional and infrastructure projects. Across these areas, the firm aims to balance density, livability, affordability, purpose, and long-term functionality while contributing to connected neighbourhoods and a stronger urban fabric.

Its approach combines creative design thinking with strategic planning, detailed coordination, collaboration, and disciplined project execution. FAAS works to clarify complex requirements and stakeholder needs, aligning design choices with real-world performance. Guided by the principle that form follows function and function follows a solid plan, the firm seeks outcomes that are distinctive, buildable, and useful.
