## Description

Skigebiet Fahlenscheid is a family-friendly outdoor destination in the small Sauerland village of Fahlenscheid, near Olpe, Germany. It brings together winter sports, biking and opportunities to enjoy the surrounding countryside, making it a place for visitors seeking either active recreation or a quiet break with views of the area.

In winter, the ski area offers four runs, each up to 120 metres wide, for skiers and snowboarders. The website also lists ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rental, a children’s area, sledding and floodlit skiing. A modern mountain hut combines a ski rental service with a restaurant and around 100 seats. In warmer weather, visitors can explore the bike park, which features tight turns, steep sections and a lift to return riders to the mountain, or follow nearby hiking routes.

The bike park and ski hut are listed as open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Skigebiet Fahlenscheid welcomes families, groups and individual visitors throughout the year, with activities suited to different ages and interests.
