## Description

Fairness for Children Raised by Relatives Society is a non-profit organization based in British Columbia, Canada, dedicated to advocating for kinship caregivers and the children they raise. This vital society champions the rights of children who, without the support of relatives, would otherwise be placed in the provincial foster care system. With a strong community of over 13,000 members, they work tirelessly to ensure that these children have access to the same benefits and opportunities as all children in care.

The organization offers a range of services including advocacy, support networks, and resources tailored for kinship caregivers such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other relatives. They provide workshops, training, and community events that foster connection and empowerment among caregivers. Additionally, they raise awareness on critical issues through initiatives like petitions and public consultations, reinforcing the importance of kinship care in society. Fairness for Children Raised by Relatives Society is a beacon of hope and support for families navigating the challenges of kinship caregiving.
