FairTax is a nonpartisan grassroots organization, founded in 1995, with a mission to replace the current income tax code in the United States with a national retail-level consumption tax. They are the largest tax reform organization in the nation and have a clearly defined vision for the American people. Their vision includes creating a reinvigorated U.S. FairTax achieves their goals through extensive research, polling, and focus group studies, as well as collaboration with a nonpartisan team of economists who developed the FairTax plan.
