## Description

Falmouth Road Race, established in 1973, is one of the premier running events of the summer season. It attracts a diverse group of participants, including Olympians, elite athletes, and recreational runners, who all come together to enjoy the iconic 7-mile seaside course in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The organization behind the race, Falmouth Road Race Inc., is a nonprofit committed to promoting health and fitness through community programs and philanthropic giving. In addition to the traditional in-person race, Falmouth Road Race offers an At-Home Edition, allowing participants to experience the race from their own hometown. Whether you choose to walk or run, you have the flexibility to complete the 7-mile distance in 7 days starting from August 12th. The organization also organizes various community events, including the SBLI Family Fun Run, the Falmouth Track Festival, and the Tommy Cochary High School Mile. There are multiple ways to get involved with Falmouth Road Race, including participating in the event, volunteering, becoming a sponsor, hosting elite athletes, or fundraising for charities. The organization's mission is to create an inclusive and empowering race experience while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
