## Description

Fambot is a family organization service designed to help parents stay on top of school communications and busy household schedules. By connecting an email account, families can have Fambot identify useful information in school emails, newsletters, and calendar updates without forwarding, tagging, or sorting messages. The service turns those details into a daily plan, delivered by text each evening, with the next day’s tasks, reminders, and events. It can surface actions such as signing permission slips or responding to invitations, and highlight important dates—including deadlines, recitals, appointments, and school spirit days—for users to add to their calendars. Fambot also provides a view of the family calendar and the week ahead, with options to check off tasks, assign them to others, or add new ones. When plans change, it can send a push notification and update the calendar. Parents can reply to a text to ask questions, get details, or request help. Fambot is currently offered free while in beta and also has an iOS app.
