## Description

Family+Happy is an Italian workplace-wellbeing company helping employers support employees’ work-life harmony through practical services for families and personal wellbeing. Its offering brings caregiving, mental health, nutrition and coaching together in a single subscription, with services also available to private individuals. The company selects and certifies caregiving professionals through its CertifiCare protocol, and provides access to psychologists, nutritionists, wellbeing coaches and educational courses. An AI system analyzes professional profiles to help match employees with suitable support, while each participating employee can work with a personal tutor for ongoing guidance.

For employers, Family+Happy provides a dashboard to monitor service use, impact and satisfaction through aggregated data, reports and predictive analysis. The platform is designed to help organizations assess wellbeing initiatives and inform decisions related to employee retention. Family+Happy also emphasizes ongoing monitoring and personalization of activities. Its website describes the company as authorized by Italy’s Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and registered in the employment agencies register. Employers can request a demonstration, while professionals can apply to join its network.
