Family Support and Resources, Inc. (FSR) is a Brooklyn-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has been dedicated to outreach and assisting individuals, preserving the quality and happiness of families in Brooklyn and other boroughs in New York since 1990. FSR offers a wide range of programs and referral services to individuals and families, focusing on domestic violence prevention, parenting, prenatal and postnatal education, stress management, job skill training, and youth activities.

At FSR, we prioritize the well-being and empowerment of families. Our comprehensive services include educational workshops, vocational training, job readiness programs, and referrals to counseling, healthcare, and housing services. In addition, we provide mentoring, tutoring, safe havens, and recreation activities for youth aged 5 to 15.

For young adults and individuals over 25, we offer vocational training, job skills development, and internship opportunities. One of our notable events is the FSR Annual Peace Fest, which promotes unity, cultural awareness, and respect within communities. FSR has received Proclamations from the Office of the President and the Mayor of New York City for our dedication to those in need and our advocacy for non-violence, peace, and compassion.

Founded in 1990 by Lady Victoria O. F. Amoo, FSR aims to strengthen families, provide spiritual support during challenging times, and foster peace, love, and hope in homes and communities.
