## Description

Family Tree Clinic is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit health care and education provider serving individuals in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Since 1971, it has worked to cultivate a healthy community through comprehensive sexual health care and education, with a commitment to accessible, inclusive services. The clinic offers reproductive and sexual health care, telehealth appointments, transgender hormone care, and PrEP services. Patients can use online tools to access forms and lab results, manage payments, and request appointments.

Beyond clinical care, Family Tree’s community education department offers engaging, comprehensive presentations on healthy sexuality. Its programs aim to help participants feel comfortable with their bodies, build knowledge, and make informed decisions. The clinic also provides education and engagement initiatives, including the Keeping It Safe and Sexy peer education program, and hosts a drop-in space for LGBTQ+ youth to connect and build community. Family Tree shares resources for transgender people and offers opportunities to get involved through volunteering and donations.
