## Description

Fantail Weddings is a boutique wedding-planning brand led by Rebecca, serving couples across the South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand. Drawing on three decades of hospitality experience, along with backgrounds in film production coordination, floristry, events, and venue management, Rebecca plans a limited number of weddings each year to provide personal, attentive support. The brand focuses on celebrations that feel authentic to the couple rather than staged or designed to imitate trends.

Fantail Weddings offers two main services. Intimate wedding planning is tailored to gatherings of up to 60 guests, including destination celebrations and wedding weekends in locations such as Queenstown, Wānaka, Banks Peninsula, and Mackenzie Country. On-the-day coordination is for couples who have arranged the details themselves but want experienced management of the schedule, setup, and vendors. The business also provides online consultancy for couples planning their own weddings. Planning support may include personalised proposals, a private planning portal, and communication through voice notes and video. Fantail Weddings aims to help couples feel present and enjoy their celebration.
