## Description

Fantasia Alpakas is a family-run alpaca ranch in Großkorbetha, near Weißenfels in Germany’s Burgenlandkreis. Founded by Dominique Braune, the ranch opened in 2021 and is home to 13 Suri alpacas. Animal welfare is central to its work, and the ranch also offers animal-assisted activities for schools, childcare providers, care homes and other groups.

Visitors can book guided alpaca walks, relaxed picnics among the herd, ranch visits, children’s birthday parties, photo shoots and events for families, businesses and groups. Seasonal options include sunset, after-work and winter tours. The ranch’s “Elfenwald” provides a sheltered gathering space, while its adventure trail features activities such as a barefoot path, obstacle course and treasure hunt. Motorhome pitches are also available.

Guests can learn about, meet and interact with the alpacas, and browse the farm shop during visits. Fantasia Alpakas offers gift vouchers and alpaca sponsorships, which include ranch visits and a keepsake gift. The ranch also sells small mementos made with alpaca fleece, with proceeds donated entirely to animal welfare.
