## Description

FantaSUM is an online fantasy football community that began in 2021 as a casual auction league among friends. Initially called FantaVesuviano, it grew beyond its Campanian roots as participation expanded across Italy and abroad, leading to the name FantaSUM, formed from the founders’ initials and the idea of bringing people together. The competition now uses a player-list format and invites participants to build and manage their own teams. FantaSUM organizes seasonal editions, with its sixth edition for 2026/27 highlighting 350 teams, 12 competitions, and 103 prizes. The brand promotes opportunities to compete for real cash prizes, and provides information about competition rules, awards, and past editions. Participants and prospective players can follow updates through its WhatsApp channel and social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. FantaSUM has grown from a small friends’ league into a wider community centered on football, friendly competition, and shared enthusiasm for fantasy football.
