## Description

FAOGB (Fighting Arts Organisation of Great Britain) provides Kempo Jujitsu training and practical self-defence classes across East, South East and South West London. Founded by Soke Peter Browne, a 10th Dan martial artist and chief instructor of the Browne Budo Ryu Kempo Jujitsu system, the organisation draws on his decades of teaching experience in 15 countries. Classes welcome adults aged 16 and over, including complete beginners, and are designed to build confidence, awareness, fitness and useful real-world safety skills in a supportive environment.

Training combines Kempo striking with Jujitsu grappling. Sessions may include warm-ups, mobility drills, punches, kicks, blocks, throws, locks, holds, pad work, partner exercises, realistic self-defence scenarios and controlled sparring. Classes are offered in Newham, Bermondsey, Plumstead, Woolwich and Pimlico, at venues including leisure centres and schools. Students can begin in comfortable gym clothes, with guidance on obtaining a uniform if they continue. The organisation offers a free first class, with pay-as-you-go and monthly plans, plus family and multiple-session discounts.
