## Description

FareShare Midlands is the UK's largest charity fighting hunger and food waste. As the region's largest food redistribution charity, they save good quality surplus food from the food industry and distribute it to frontline charities across the Midlands. Their mission is to combat food waste and address the struggles faced by vulnerable people in the community. With over a million people living in poverty in the Midlands, FareShare Midlands plays a crucial role in supporting those in need. They help local charities and community groups address issues such as homelessness, unemployment, domestic abuse, and addiction by providing them with surplus food. By redirecting a significant portion of the 3.6 million tonnes of wasted food in the UK, FareShare Midlands ensures that hungry people in need are fed. Their efforts have a substantial impact, as almost 60% of the organizations they work with would not be able to survive without their support. Join FareShare Midlands in their mission to reduce waste, feed the hungry, and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families in the Midlands. You can support them through donations, volunteering, or partnering with them to tackle food poverty and create a sustainable future.
