## Description

Farmacon Jr is a nonprofit student-run company based at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FCFRP-USP). Operating since 2009, it develops customized solutions for businesses in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, with a focus on quality, innovation, and prices below those of established companies. Its projects are supported by university professors, laboratory technicians, and the faculty’s infrastructure.

The company offers cosmetic research and development, helping clients create products and address notification or registration with Brazil’s health regulatory agency, ANVISA, as well as improve formulations over time. It also prepares nutritional information tables and food labels, supporting businesses with information required for many foods sold to consumers. Farmacon Jr presents its services as a way to help small and medium-sized entrepreneurs develop ideas and tackle business challenges. Clients can contact the team to request a free initial diagnosis or discuss a project. As a junior enterprise, it reinvests its resources in member development while applying students’ academic knowledge to practical work.
