# Farmers Market - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `farmersmarket.com` ## Description FarmersMarket.com is an online marketplace connecting shoppers with named farms and food raised at published locations. Its central principle is that knowing where food comes from matters: each listed farm shares at least its town and county, with coordinates preferred, so customers can verify its location rather than relying only on broad claims about production. The marketplace currently features Tyner Pond Farm in Greenfield, Indiana, which raises 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised chicken on more than 800 acres in Hancock County. Shoppers can browse products by farm or category, including beef steaks, roasts, ground beef, chicken cuts, and other farm products as the network grows. Items are shipped frozen, with shipping costs based on distance; entering a ZIP code helps customers find nearby farms and keep shipping costs lower. The site also shares farm profiles, field notes, nutrition information, and guidance on its standards and shipping. Farmers can apply to join by publishing their location, while shoppers can nominate farms. ## Industries - 🛍 E-commerce and Shopping - 🛍 Marketplace _(under E-commerce and Shopping)_ - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Groceries _(under Food and Drink)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idDM6hzdek/w/320/h/321/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791321803939) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tall Poppy | #a8392a | accent | | Everglade | #24402c | dark | | Ecru White | #f2ecdd | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-paragraph--family) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-paragraph--family) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
