## Description

Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT) is a nonprofit organisation based in New Delhi, India, focused on advancing girls’ and young women’s leadership and engagement with technology. Its work includes the Young Women Leadership Program, the Girls in STEM Program, and a Collectivisation Initiative. Through these programmes and campaigns, FAT supports young women in developing their agency, building skills, and addressing issues that affect their lives, including early and forced marriage, prejudice, and discrimination.

FAT also shares the experiences and perspectives of girls and young women through films, videos, blogs, reports, publications, and podcasts. Its film collection includes projects created by young girl campaigners and women leaders, covering topics such as early marriage, compassion, and girls’ participation in sport. The organisation provides resources including a Disability and Sexuality Toolkit, and offers opportunities to get involved through campaigns, events, and donations. FAT’s website also features leader stories, programme updates, and information about its team, partners, funders, and locations.
