## Description

Favela is a premium beer brand founded by father and son Charles and Fred Gay, inspired by the spirit and warmth of Brazil. Its beers aim to capture “The Taste of Rio” while pairing refreshing flavour with a commitment to quality and community. The range includes a signature 5% ABV lager, described as crisp, clean, and easy-drinking, and Ipanema, a 5% ABV IPA with bright citrus notes and a crisp, hoppy profile. Both beers are vegan and gluten-free, making them an inclusive choice for a range of drinkers.

Favela’s purpose extends beyond brewing. The brand donates a percentage of every sale to The Favela Foundation, its partner organization, which supports grassroots education and community projects in Brazil’s favelas. Through this partnership, Favela seeks to invest in local communities and help create life-changing opportunities. Customers can explore and purchase its beers through the brand’s online shop, with customer support available for questions, returns, and other enquiries.
