## Description

Fredericksburg Food & Wine is a Texas Hill Country festival organization that celebrates the region’s culinary, wine, and agricultural culture. For more than 30 years, it has brought together winemakers, chefs, brewers, distillers, restaurants, and artisans through events in historic downtown Fredericksburg. Its annual program spans three seasons, with Spring Restaurant Week, Summer Preview Week, and a Fall Festival Weekend.

The 2026 Festival Weekend, scheduled for October 22–25, features four ticketed events: Opening Night, a Friday Street Dinner, Saturday’s Grand Tasting, and Sunday Brunch. The Grand Tasting at Marktplatz offers wines from more than 35 wineries, alongside food and drinks from a wider group of over 75 culinary and beverage partners. Guests can enjoy chef-driven bites, live music, an artisan marketplace, and live-fire cooking demonstrations. Featured participants include Hill Country wineries, Fredericksburg restaurants, and visiting chefs and pitmasters. The festival also shares event information, galleries, news, and ticket options, and welcomes newsletter subscribers, volunteers, sponsors, and donations.
