## Description

FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the science and practice of law enforcement leadership. It is not part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and does not act on the FBI’s behalf. Through training, education, and professional networking, the association helps police professionals strengthen leadership skills and improve management practices, with the broader aim of supporting public safety and community quality of life.

FBI-LEEDA offers leadership courses for supervisors, command staff, and executives, including the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute. Completing these three courses can lead to its Trilogy Award. Other programs address internal affairs, leadership and cultural awareness, public information, and executive development. The organization also provides online learning, regional command colleges, and LEEDS programs, alongside a calendar of in-person trainings and opportunities for agencies to host classes.

Additional offerings include membership, a leadership series, academic partnerships that may provide college credit for Trilogy courses, scholarships, and a youth leadership program.
