With a presence throughout the country, our mission is to create and implement development programs in various areas, including Inclusive Education, Training, Gender Equity and Women's Empowerment, Employment Inclusion, Research, and Transition to Independent Living. Our primary beneficiaries are individuals at risk of exclusion due to disabilities. Some of our achievements include successfully placing 50% of individuals with disabilities who participate in our socio-labor inclusion programs into jobs between 2021 and 2022. We have also conducted informative and awareness-raising sessions for over 1,000 representatives of public institutions on various topics such as inclusive customer service, prevention of violence against women with disabilities, inclusive education, and human rights. Additionally, we have established the first Observatory of Human Rights for People with Disabilities in Chile, funded by the Foundation ONCE for Solidarity with Blind People in Latin America (FOAL).
