## Description

Fundación contra la Hipertensión Pulmonar (FCHP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by pulmonary hypertension, a condition that causes high blood pressure in the blood vessels leading to the lungs. Comprised of patients, family members, and friends, FCHP's main mission is to provide information about this rare disease and support patients in managing their condition. They offer various products and services to achieve this goal, including a Solidarity Store where you can purchase their exclusive charitable socks. Additionally, by making a donation, you contribute to enhancing the lives of pulmonary hypertension patients and supporting medical research. FCHP is actively involved in research collaborations and grants scholarships to advance scientific projects aiming for breakthroughs in the field. Join the foundation's efforts and help make a difference for those living with pulmonary hypertension.
