FCM PASS is a software platform designed to improve rigor and reproducibility in small particle flow cytometry across instruments and laboratories. It helps researchers catalogue and manage flow cytometers, light scatter reference materials, fluorescent beads, and rainbow particles in one centralized system, reducing repetitive data entry and supporting consistent records. The software also provides tools to optimize fluorescence and light scatter detector performance, calibrate data into standardized units, and analyze flow cytometry files. Its reporting features generate transparent, shareable reports with detailed metadata, including reports aligned with MIFlowCyt and MIFlowCyt-EV guidelines.
