## Description

FDP.Die Liberalen Nidwalden is the cantonal organisation of Switzerland’s FDP.The Liberals, representing liberal politics in the Canton of Nidwalden. Guided by the values of freedom, community and progress, the party works to shape cantonal policy and encourage public participation. Its website presents the party programme, policy positions, history and statutes, alongside information about elected representatives serving in the Council of States, cantonal government and cantonal parliament. It also connects residents with local party branches across Nidwalden and the Jungfreisinnige.

The organisation shares news, media releases and consultation responses, and publishes commentary from local representatives on issues including regulation, energy supply, digital government, transport, healthcare costs and social services. Members and interested residents can follow the party’s agenda, including assemblies, public events and voting dates, and read reports on recent meetings and political decisions. FDP.Die Liberalen Nidwalden also invites people to become members, participate in party activities and support its work through donations.
