## Description

FECED, or the State Federation of Dance Companies and Enterprises, is a prominent organization in Spain dedicated to the professional development of dance. It is composed of various associations, including PAD, PiedeBase, Movimiento en Red, Danza Visible, and Emprendo Danza. Their mission is to promote dance by bringing it closer to audiences, advocating for its presence in circuits and festivals, promoting it internationally, and defending its inclusion in public cultural programs. The FECED network serves as a web platform that connects the federation's members and facilitates collaboration. Some of the associations within FECED include the PiedeBase Association of Movement Artists, the Andalusian Association of Dance Professionals, the Movimiento en Red Association, and the Emprendo Danza Company Association. Additionally, FECED has an initiative called Dance from Spain, which serves as a digital catalog of Spanish Dance Companies. FECED plays a crucial role in strengthening the dance community in Spain and ensuring its growth and recognition both domestically and internationally.
