## Description

The Fédération des chefs d'entreprises du Québec is a brand dedicated to engaging individuals pursuing careers and addressing the pressing issue of workforce shortages in Quebec. The brand recognizes the need for improvements to ensure that the system encourages professionals to stay in the workforce rather than retire. By implementing measures to make employment attractive for individuals aged 65 and above, the perception that employees are at a disadvantage could be transformed. According to Pierre Drapeau, founder of the Fédération des chefs d’entreprises du Québec, if Quebec had the same employment rate for individuals aged 60-69 as Ontario, there would be between 75,000 and 90,000 additional workers in the labor market. The brand emphasizes the crucial role played by business leaders in shaping and enriching society. With a focus on communications, membership, and events, the Fédération des chefs d'entreprises du Québec strives to address the pressing issue of workforce shortages in Quebec.
