# FEEL THE RUN - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `feeltherun.de` ## Description FEEL THE RUN is a family-friendly obstacle running event created for people who enjoy movement, outdoor adventure and shared challenges. First held in 2013, the event has grown from 27 participants to more than 700 runners across four different runs in 2019. Its organizers aim to offer an experience unlike other regional races, with courses set in nature and more than 40 varied obstacles. Participants can run, climb, crawl, swing and swim their way through the course, getting muddy along the way. The event welcomes families and children, while encouraging teamwork, trust and the satisfaction of reaching the finish together. FEEL THE RUN also features four energetic warm-up sessions, homemade catering, and photos and videos by Mario and Sandra Mielke. Participant feedback highlights the creative obstacles, lively organization and scenic setting around Gรผtzkower See.
