## Description

Feet First Reflexology and Massage Centre is a Dubai-based wellness business founded by Dr. Salim M. Abduljawad, who developed the concept in response to a need for authentic reflexology and massage inspired by Far Eastern teachings. Its first ladies-only outlet opened at Town Centre Jumeirah in September 2003. The centre aims to provide Oriental reflexology and therapeutic massage in a friendly, competent and professional setting, supporting relaxation, physical and mental performance, and overall wellness.

Feet First offers a range of treatments, including foot and hand reflexology, deep tissue, de-stress, Shiatsu, acupressure, hot stone, jet lag, four hands, Chinese facial, and slimming massages. Customers can book treatments online, and the centre also provides contact support by phone and email. Since its launch, Feet First says it has continued to improve its services and contribute to the hospitality industry’s wellness offerings. Its approach centres on helping clients relax, recharge, and enjoy a restorative escape through professional massage and reflexology services.
