## Description

Feel The Water SL (FWA) is a swimming education and events project founded by Olympic swimmer Jessica Vall and her team. Bringing together swimming technique, training, mindset and a passion for the water, FWA aims to help people improve their skills while developing a lasting connection with the sport and its values. Its approach draws inspiration from Japanese ideas such as continuous improvement, perseverance and purpose.

FWA organises swimming clinics, events and training experiences designed to be dynamic, educational and personalised. These activities support swimmers in reaching their potential in a professional and inclusive setting, while making learning engaging and enjoyable. The programme is shaped by the experience of Vall, her former coach Jordi Jou and other members of the team, who share a commitment to helping participants build technique, confidence and a positive attitude.

Through its offerings, Feel The Water presents swimming not only as a sport, but also as a way to learn discipline, resilience and enjoyment in the process.
