## Description

Feldenkrais Directions is the Melbourne-based movement practice of Ruth Frommer, a Feldenkrais and Aikido teacher. The practice helps people move with greater ease, improve body awareness and support their wellbeing through individual sessions, classes and workshops. Its Feldenkrais approach addresses movement holistically, helping reduce muscle tightness and encouraging different parts of the body to work together. Individual sessions are available for people seeking to improve how they move and feel, including those working toward personal movement goals.

Feldenkrais Directions also offers online classes designed to develop flexibility, balance and body awareness without relying on strain or effort. Aikido classes focus on building confidence, strength and resilience through movement, including learning to fall and roll. Live workshops and online courses provide a supportive, enjoyable setting to explore specific topics, such as building strength, while making time to refresh and unwind.

Ruth’s work grew from her own experience of movement challenges and the positive changes she found through Feldenkrais and Aikido.
