## Description

Felhőcsikó Children’s Development Association is a Hungarian nonprofit organization established in 2006 by child-development professionals, doctors, health visitors, educators, and social specialists from the Szentes and Csongrád area. Its mission is to connect education, healthcare, and social services so children can receive timely support and families can find the right people to help. The association focuses on early recognition of atypical or delayed development and promotes established child-development and physiotherapy approaches alongside family- and child-centred educational, psychological, and special-needs methods. It supports professional learning among its members and provides opportunities for experts from different fields to discuss children’s needs. Its activities include backing early-development services and camps, helping provide equipment for local development programs, and supporting summer camps for children with asthma, including travel and meals. The association also shares information through online lectures and educational resources for parents and professionals. Through prevention, communication, and collaboration, Felhőcsikó works to improve support for children with developmental needs or chronic illness and the families who care for them.
